Most common offset methods

There are a number of different keyboard and mouse moves to create different types of markers.

Alt + left mouse click - set a fiducial (to tell TCS to use the fiducial you must hit "Set Fiducial" on the Camera window)
Alt + right mouse click - move to fiducial
Shift + right mouse click - set a centroid at the current mouse position (without drawing a blue box)

At this time it seems that the ACAM position is not stable so these numbers may not be reliable.

After the IHMP take down and IFU install we have confirmed that the positions have moved on the ACAM. Most of the change was a linear motion so this was corrected by moving the IHMP in the shuffle.cfg file.
