Best position and History of Marker positions
Best position as of 27 Feb 2016 (UT)
CWFS position determined first and then the offsets between last CWFS and the new one were applied to the other markers. Since there is a new orientation angle for the ACAM we will need to remeasure the LRS2B and LRS2R positions.

On this date the IHMP were set from DWFS8, CWFS was determined from CWFS, LRS2B and LRS2R were determined from those instruments.
