Creating a system monitor

A monitor can be run from inside the TCS gui or can be run on the command line in htcs

In the following example on is run for the TCS (note the -T) but it excludes the debug commands (note the ^d):

monitor -v -T --log-print --key-filter='log_[^d].*'
