Problems with shutter like:

Remedy:
- on tcs mcs gui goto the pfip/fcu control button
- in the pfip control box goto the bottom where it shows shutter
- there are three controls: open close and home and
one reporting space, which was saying unknown
home gets rid of the unknown state
= TCS GUI =
* default Tabs are missing.[[BR]][[BR]]
Here is how restore them:
* in TCS GUI click Windows->Configure Tabs...
* mouse click inside Current Tabs part
* press Ctrl-A to select everything and hit Delete
* copy and paste content of file /home/astronomer/sir/_TCS_GUI_TABS_CONFIG into Current Tabs area
* Press OK button at the bottom of Configure Tabs windows
* Restart TCS GUI
