Quick Stack Guide

1. Tracker Right, CCAS open

2. Center array in Hefi, (mirror in, light high)

3. Switch to AOA cam 2, Hefi out, light off

4. Show spot image/ open HET reference in MARS

5. Center array in AOA spot image

6. DMI stage in take and adjust focus for DMI reading

7. Begin iterations in AOA with command s1. For a quick stack keep an eye on time. Typically 1 – 2 iterations on either side is enough for a quick stack.

8. Once the right side is done, move tracker to the left side.

9. Begin iterations, again 1 - 2 or however much time you have available.

10. Move the tracker back to the right side.

11. Save positions.

12. Hefi mirror in, light source low, focus spot

13. Measure stack

14. Do EF ref and EF het in wavescope terminal

15. Record stack.

16. Close CCAS
